Where is the store based?

We have offices and warehouses in Toronto, Minnesota, New Jersey, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

 Do you accept orders placed overseas?

We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide, but please note there are a few countries we can't ship to. We will automatically refund your order if we can't ship to your country so rest assured - we'll take care of you!

I have only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items?

Prior to June 2017, our policy was to ship only a single free item per order. This was because we were only able to charge a flat rate for shipping, and sending more than one product simply cost us too much.

Now, however, we are able to process up to 10 items per order (free or otherwise).

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.


Why don't I see a shipping method in checkout?

Our system can only process orders of 10 items or less. If you are buying more than that, please break it into multiple orders.

 Where do you ship from?

Depending on your order and our inventory, we ship from different warehouses all around the world. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item.

 How long does shipping take?

Our safe and secure shipping for non-promotional items can take between 2-4 weeks; it may take longer for deliveries outside of Canada and the USA. For more detailed information on shipping, please visit our shipping page.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders. For more detailed information on tracking numbers, please visit our shipping page.

NOTE: We do not provide tracking numbers for all countries as some countries do not have the capability to have shipments tracked.

I entered my shipping address wrong! Can you please change it?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
